1. Overview

Ananta Corporation (“we”, “us”) supplies plywood, MDF, boards, flush doors, hardware, and custom interior work from Ahmedabad. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.anantacorporation.com, by phone, email, and WhatsApp, and when we supply material to you.

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data we decide how to use. This policy was last updated on 10 October 2026. Use of the website is also covered by our Terms of Service.

The website is aimed at architects, interior designers, contractors, fabricators, and other trade buyers. It is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to info@anantacorporation.com and we will delete it.

2. Information we collect

Contact form. If you write to us through the contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use those details only to read the enquiry and reply.

WhatsApp. Product pages can open a WhatsApp chat with a draft message that names the product and the options you selected, such as thickness or size. When you send that message, WhatsApp shares the chat with us, including your phone number and the profile name WhatsApp shows. You choose whether to send it.

Phone and email. If you call +91 8320052838 or email info@anantacorporation.com, we keep the details needed to answer you and, if you go ahead, to supply the material.

Orders and invoices. When a quotation becomes an order, we keep the records needed to supply the goods and to issue a GST invoice. That can include your name or your business name, GSTIN, billing address, delivery address, phone number, the products and quantities, and the price. We do not take payment card or UPI details on this website.

Visits to the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are opened, the referring site, the type of browser and device, and an approximate location such as country or region. That tool does not build an advertising profile of you. Our host may also keep technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and to fix faults.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a mailing list from this website.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • reply to enquiries and share price and availability,
  • prepare quotations, tax invoices, and delivery documents,
  • arrange dispatch and deal with damage, shortage, or wrong-item claims,
  • keep accounting and GST records required by Indian law,
  • understand which pages are used, so we can improve the catalogue, and
  • protect the website and our business from misuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers so they can target you. Sending the contact form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, is a request for us to contact you about that enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as far as it is needed for the purposes above:

  • people in our business who handle enquiries, billing, and dispatch,
  • the operator of our website and the system that receives contact-form messages,
  • a transport or delivery partner, limited to the name, phone number, address, and consignment details they need to deliver an order,
  • professional advisers, banks, or government authorities when we have to issue an invoice, complete a tax record, or answer a lawful request, and
  • WhatsApp (Meta), Google, and Vercel, in the ways described below.

WhatsApp. If you message us, Meta Platforms processes that chat under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. The message is also stored in our WhatsApp business chat so we can reply and fulfil the enquiry.

Google Maps. Our pages embed a Google Map of our godown. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and device information under Google’s privacy policy.

Vercel. The website is hosted with Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above. Vercel’s privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Instagram and Facebook are linked from the site. We do not embed their trackers. If you open those profiles, Meta processes that visit under its own policy.

Some of these providers may process information on servers outside India. We share only what is needed to host the site, measure page visits, show the map, or carry a conversation you started.

5. Cookies and similar tools

Vercel Web Analytics does not use advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We do not set our own marketing cookies, and we do not use a third-party advertising pixel.

The embedded Google Map can set or read cookies under Google’s own rules when it loads. Your browser settings let you block third-party cookies. Blocking them may stop the map from displaying. The rest of the catalogue still works.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can follow up or find an earlier quotation. If you ask us to delete an enquiry and we have no order or legal duty to keep it, we will delete or anonymise it.

Invoices, delivery records, and other books of account are kept for as long as the CGST Act and other Indian tax law require. That period is generally six years or longer where a particular record has to be preserved.

Analytics are kept in aggregated form. Hosting logs are kept for the shorter period our host uses for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your rights

You can choose not to give us your details. If you do not, we will not be able to quote, invoice, or deliver.

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, you may:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the people we have shared it with,
  • ask us to correct or update data that is inaccurate,
  • ask us to erase personal data that we no longer need for an order, a tax record, or another legal duty,
  • withdraw consent for us to contact you about an enquiry, and
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you cannot.

Write to info@anantacorporation.com or call +91 8320052838. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We will answer within a reasonable time and, where that Act sets a period, within that period.

You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India where the Act gives you that right. We would like the chance to resolve the matter first.

We limit access to enquiry and order records to people who need them for the business. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending passwords or payment card numbers by email or WhatsApp. We will not ask you for them.
