These terms apply to your use of www.anantacorporation.com and to enquiries, quotations, and orders placed with Ananta Corporation. By using the website, sending an enquiry, or asking us for a price, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Ananta Corporation supplies wood-based and interior materials from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We stock and supply plywood, MDF, moisture-resistant boards, pre-laminated particle boards, flush doors, and related hardware, and we take up custom interior work such as kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, and office furniture.

We supply branded products, including Duroply and Action Tesa, as a dealer and distributor. We are not the manufacturer of those brands. Brand names used on this website belong to their respective owners.

This website is a catalogue and a way to reach us. It is not an online shop. You cannot add products to a cart or pay on the website. Prices, stock, and lead times are shared when you enquire by phone, email, the contact form, or WhatsApp.

A product page is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer to sell that product at any particular price or in any particular quantity. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing — for example by an accepted quotation, a WhatsApp or email confirmation, or a tax invoice — and you accept that confirmation.

Please use the website only for lawful enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or copy the catalogue to run a competing service. We may refuse an enquiry or stop dealing with a person who misuses the site or who gives us information we reasonably believe is false.

An enquiry, a WhatsApp message, or a filled contact form is a request for information. It does not reserve stock and it does not oblige us to supply.

What a quotation covers. A quotation sets out the products or work, quantity, price, applicable GST, delivery location, and any other conditions we state. It is valid only for the period written on it. After that period, please ask us to confirm the price again, because board and hardware rates move.

When an order is confirmed. We supply only what is written in the confirmation. Spoken requests on site should be followed by a message or email so both sides have the same record. Thickness, grade, size, finish, brand, and quantity in that confirmation prevail over a product-page description.

Bulk and project orders. For contractors, fabricators, and project supplies, dispatch depends on stock, incoming material from the mill or brand, and the schedule we agree. Ready stock is offered in good faith and can change before the order is confirmed.

Prices are given on request. Unless a quotation says that a price is inclusive of GST, GST is extra and is charged at the rate applicable on the date of the invoice.

This website does not collect card, UPI, or other payments. You pay by the method and on the schedule stated in the quotation or invoice, such as bank transfer or payment at our godown. If an advance was agreed and it has not been received, we may hold cutting, fabrication, or dispatch.

A tax invoice is raised in the name and GSTIN you provide. Please check the billing name, GSTIN, and delivery address before the invoice is issued. Changes after a GST invoice is filed may not be possible.

Grades, thicknesses, sizes, colours, and certifications are shown so you can shortlist material. Photographs are representative. Shade, grain, texture, and batch can vary. That variation is normal for plywood, laminates, MDF, and particle board, and it is not a defect by itself.

For branded goods, the manufacturer’s published specification and warranty apply, together with our duty as the supplier of the confirmed order. Please ask us if you need a test certificate, ISI mark, or brand warranty card for a particular lot.

Made to order. Cut-to-size boards, CNC work, kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, and other custom furniture are made from the measurements, drawings, and finishes you approve. You are responsible for site measurements and for confirming drawings before we cut. Material that has been cut, edged, laminated, or made to your size cannot be returned, because it cannot be sold to someone else.

Installation, civil work, plumbing, and electrical work are included only when the quotation says so. If they are not listed, they remain with you or your contractor.

We deliver confirmed orders in and beyond Ahmedabad, including across India where a delivery has been agreed. The place, timing, vehicle, unloading, and delivery charge are those stated in the quotation. Site access, a person to receive the material, and unloading help at a project site are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise.

Please inspect the consignment when it arrives. Check the brand, grade, thickness, size, quantity, and visible condition, and note any problem on the delivery record.

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery if:

• material is damaged or defective when it is delivered,
• the item delivered is not the item ordered, or
• the quantity is short.

We will verify the claim and, where it is accepted, replace the affected material or refund the price of that material. Delivery and handling charges are not refunded. Refunds, when due, are made to the original mode of payment.

We do not accept a return where:

• the goods have been cut, edged, altered, installed, or used,
• the goods were made or cut to your measurements or drawing, or
• the claim is only about a normal difference in shade, grain, or batch.

Please keep the material packed and dry until we have seen the claim. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery at the agreed address, or on collection from our godown if you collect.

Website content. We take care to keep product information useful and current. Stock, specifications, and brand ranges can change before an order is confirmed. Do not rely on a product page as a structural or design specification. Your architect, engineer, or fabricator should confirm that a grade is fit for the use you have in mind.

Limit of liability. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from the goods, including loss of profit, loss of a contract, or delay at site. Where we are liable in connection with a confirmed order, that liability is limited to the price you paid us for the goods or work concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or any liability that the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or another Indian law does not allow us to limit.

Our content. Text, layout, photographs, and the Ananta Corporation name and logo on this website belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy them for your own catalogue or advertisement without our written consent. Product images and brand marks of Duroply, Action Tesa, and other manufacturers remain their property.

Other services on the page. WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook are run by other companies. Their terms apply once you leave our website or open a chat. A link to a brand or a social profile is not an endorsement beyond what we state on the page.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. The version in force when we confirm an order applies to that order. The current version applies to use of the website after it is posted.

Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will hear disputes.

If a court holds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply.
